Shipping & returns
We hope you love what you have bought, however if you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.
How to send a returnTo return an item please place it securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges. We recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RefundsAfter receiving the item and inspecting it we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will let you know by email when we have processed your refund or exchange.
ExceptionsIf you have a defective product: First, we are sorry! Second, please email us at hello[at]trustincaddies.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will let you know by email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Confirmation & trackingYou will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once we have sent your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damagestrustincaddies.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
